The Chain Jam was my first game jam ever and where I learned what a game jam is all about, meeting awesome people and making games with them. While at it you’re also improving your workflow and learning new stuff, its the perfect environment to be if you want to work on games.
Lisboa Anno 1940 is an accurately historic 4 player multiplayer tram simulator, made for the Chain Jam. The rules are simple, the last tram standing wins and in order to survive you have to keep switching lanes to stay on track while avoiding the road pits. It was a four man job, on code and design we had Jonatan Van Hove, again on design and some facts about life Bram Michielsen, on music and sound effects Søren Andreasen, and myself on graphics.
